Software that knows what a holdback is

Most construction software is built for American general contractors and adapted for everyone else. Canadian builders inherit tools that have never heard of a construction lien holdback, treat permits as a checkbox, and price everything in a currency their invoices are not in.

JobSite is built the other way around. Ontario's permit and inspection flow, lien-act holdbacks, and Canadian government procurement are not integrations — they are the core of the product. The AI does the paperwork-shaped work: first-draft estimates, zoning lookups, bid drafts. Your team does the building.

JobSite is made by Baldwin, an independent Canadian software company. It is in beta, being built in close contact with the builders who use it.
