A public contact channel is unavailable
Contact is being provisioned. JobSite is pre-release and does not yet have a monitored public mailbox. Until one is published here, this site cannot accept a message — please do not send project details, credentials or personal information to any address on this page.
The address this page used to publish had no mail record behind it and bounced silently. Replacing it with a different untested address would swap one dead mailbox for another, so no address is published at all until a delivery probe passes.
You can still start
Creating an account does not require talking to anyone, and it does not collect a payment method. Sign-up creates an identity and an organization; nothing is charged, because there is no published price and no mechanism that could charge one.
Raise it from inside JobSite
A signed-in organization should raise product, privacy or security matters from within the workspace, where the organization controls the context, the attachments and any time-limited access a support worker is given.
If your question is a statutory one
A privacy access, correction, export or deletion request cannot currently be received here, and JobSite does not promise a response time it has no channel to meet. The escalation that does work is the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, which is linked from the privacy notice and is independent of this site.
If your question concerns a project run by a builder who uses JobSite, that builder is the organization accountable for its own project, worker and client records — contact them first.
