What this does not claim
A responding web process does not prove that a tenant's mail, maps, search, accounting, AI, queue or database workflow is healthy. Those states are independently monitored and reconciled.
It is not an uptime figure either. No availability measurement exists for JobSite, so no percentage, service level or historical record is published here — a liveness check and an availability record are different things, and only one of them exists.
